* Adjust filtering logic in updateMultipleLinodes

* Fix additional issues

- Backed-up Linodes were not being updated in the updateMultiple action;
manually set backups: enabled: true to fix this.

- API /settings was being called even if the user hadn't toggled the
option in the backups drawer. Added a check for this.
