Fix tests for v2

- Writetime handling fixes in several places
- Remove type hints: They were needed before as the node driver didn't support
  prepared batches. The new driver supports them now, which renders type hints
  unnecessary. There are still type warnings emitted for ints. As previously,
  the save still works though. See https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T88690
  for background.
- Rename tidFromDate to testTidFromDate to emphasize that this function should
  only be used for testing. There might also be a way to make
  `TimeUuid.min(new Date())` work, but this works for now.
