just a false-positive test failure because I was only checking for Perl
v5.30, not v5.29.7.

This fix also uncovered that eof really is quite unreliable when using
File::Replace::Inplace on a tied ARGV plus STDIN - this was already
documented, but I've disabled the corresponding tests entirely for now.
