I think this should fix [perl #133952] "blead breaks HAUKEX/File-Replace-0.12.tar.gz" (https://rt.perl.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=133952 ), which is mostly just a false-positive test failure because I was only checking for Perl v5.30, not v5.29.7. This fix also uncovered that eof really is quite unreliable when using File::Replace::Inplace on a tied ARGV plus STDIN - this was already documented, but I've disabled the corresponding tests entirely for now.
