Fix CBLLog callback log message fomatting issue

* Used c4slog() instead of c4log() as we have already preformatted the log message.
* Sent the log messages directly to callback loggers (console logger and file logger) after calling c4slog() as c4slog() will not call the log callback.
* Added unit tests.
