Commit Message

Refine Delta Pruning logic further

Only add extra margin when a _capturing_ promotion is available. A
regular promotion is worth less than a queen capture (the pawn is
replaced), so we don't need to add extras for that.

Minor change, from 4.5% to 4.6% reduction in bench nodes compared to
master
