Issue 442 - Column Resizing on Data Updates (#502)

* Add demonstration update to resize columns example

* Prevent resizing when columns have not changed size

We also change `updateWidths` to invokable instead of invoked, as this allows the state changes to propagate (preventing issue with table width, and coordinates not being set)

* Remove unused code

* Fix function name spelling
