Removed logging module functionality in favor of print()
1. Removed crypr.decorator module and moved my_logger to crypr.util
2. Added crypr.util funs utc_timestamp_now and utc_timestamp_ymd
  - standardize within-package timestamp spec for API calls
3. Continued refactoring imports (especially os.path and os imports)
