Handle library dependences in a tree structure (#507)

* Tree structured libraries (and dependences) - Part 1

The part 1 loads libraries (and dependents) in a tree structure.
Changes have also been made to `Eval` to handle this.
The checkers still need to adapt (and hence, the project doesn't build).

* Update checkers to work with tree structred library deps

* Add check for name conflicts in imported libraries

* fix typo in test case comment
