Remove lorem-ipsum dependency

Fixes #335

The choices has been to removed the dependency towards lorem-ipsum package because:
- Version 2 of the package is not compatible with legacy versions of node
- Package size skyrocketed with the latest major
- Up to version 1, the code was doing a simple random on words: relying on built-ins of fast-check to compute the lorem will provide better shrinking capabilities
