Commit Message

Do not load gemspec with absolute path

Instead the root gemfile is loaded using bundlers internal method
`#eval_gemfile`. This method correctly changes lookup the gemspec in the
root path instead of searching in `/gemfiles`.

This way the primary Gemfile is parsable by @dependabot again and it's
much cleaner code too.

Closes #17
