Commit Message

* Upload artifacts to AWS S3 after all builds

All builds meaning both failed and succeeded ones, but
notably failed ones. Note that Travis CI's 'deploy'
mechanism fails to address our use-case, because it's
a 'succeed-only' trigger.
Additionally, the 'artifacts' binary advertized by
Travis CI doesn't work at all: it only works for  some
regions (has been like it since 2015, but Travis
comfortably forgets to document that fact...)
So, all in all, it's easier to just do it on our
own using Amazon's AWS command line client directly.
