resolve #24 - support JWEs as well as JWTs

replace the Mojo::JWT module with Crypt::JWT, which allows the
generation of encrypted JSON web tokens (JWEs) - this requires a couple
more attributes to allow the user to control the generation,
jwt_algorithm and jwt_encoding

update tests to reflect above changes, ensure we are backwards
compatible with existing tokens out of Mojo::JWT
