* first draft of the card and test

* added more test to make sure it is not working for 2nd player and that it does not effect other phases

* start fixing the tests and add the new cards

* working out the bugs in the tests

* changed the match to condition and using player.firstPlayer

* changed persistentEffect to whileAttached, updated the test and added a test to see if it works on opponents characters
