Commit Message

Improve 'make_content' filtering process

- Use 'endswith' instead of 'startswith'.
- Look to exclude content with two (= 'min_treshold) trailing eol
  characters
- Due to this new way, now 'ra.pdf' test file cannot been excluded as
  before (which was partially wrong). So this file gets a proper content
  extracted, which leads in return to a perfecly valid junk_number that
  makes it 'non junky'. So I move this file accordingly (to make
  the tests pass).
