feat: support smart search conditions

Now you can use short form condition with operator appended to key:

`EM.find({ 'createdAt:gte': new Date() })`

Supported operators: '>', '<', '<=', '>=', '!', ':in', ':nin', ':gt', ':gte', ':lt', ':lte', ':ne', ':not'
