Commit Message

Add configuration of service-as-artifact in native code [ECR-2979] (#764)

Updated configuration of Java services in native code to support 
a single EJB service-as-artifact (a JAR explicitly and dynamically 
loaded by the Java ServiceRuntime).

This changeset requires #773 to land to work. Until then, no service
can be launched.
