Don't leave mage-image child process orphaned

* Upgrade geopackage library.  This update will not include sql.js file which includes a throw in uncaughtException handler.  That throw was causing the mage
 server process to die in a forceful way, not allowing for resource cleanup.
* Stop mage-iumage child process if child receives a 'disconnect' event that signals the child has been disconnected from its parent process.
