FungibleToken Messages (#475)

* Added name, symbol, and decimals to fungible-token

Brings closer to ERC20 best-practices:
https://theethereum.wiki/w/index.php/ERC20_Token_Standard
decimals = 12 for consistency with Zilliqa ERC20 and standard 10^12 subdivisibility.

* Update init.json to reflect added vars

* feature: Add name and symbol to FT contract

* Removed duplicate entries

* decimals as argument

* decimals in init.json

* fix(): Update test cases for fungible-token

* fungible-token sends messages, not events
This feature allows contracts to perform operations involving more than 
one transfer at a time by implementing tail calls, making a UniSwap-like 
DEX possible.

* test(): Update gold test output
