Fix implementation between Stash and PSR-6

Changed:
- Method `CachePoolFacade::get()` to pass the PSR-6 cache item and value to the callback function
- Method `CachePoolFacade::save()` to use PSR-6 expiration methods `expiresAt()` and `expiresAfter()`

Removed:
- Call to method `Stash\Item::lock()` in `CachePoolFacade::get()` to comply with PSR-6
- Call to method `Stash\Item::setTTL()` in `CachePoolFacade::save()` to comply with PSR-6
- Unused exception in `CachePoolFacade`
