refactor: reorganize imports to fix circular dependency in built JS code

When running via ts-node, everything went fine, but when running the
compiled code, circular dependencies occurred. To fix this, we needed
to separate entity enums (Cascade and ReferenceType) to their own file.

Another problem was export of Collection, that requires ArrayCollection,
and therefore needs to be exported before it.
