Django: use default app config of CATMAID in INSTALLED_APPS

We define `default_app_config` in `django/applications/catmaid/__init__.py`.
Therefore, we don't need to use the full dotted path in `INSTALLED_APPS`
and can refer to `catmaid` only. This is more consistent with other
applications. More details here:
