RenderExternalViewHelper: Test pluginName attribute (in frontend context)

We want to test this in frotnend mode and therefore bootstrap
TypoScriptFrontendController and make sure that Extbase
thinks we're in frontend mode (although TYPO3_MODE is to BE), we do
so by overwriting the Extbase EnvironmentService using a prophecy.
