v2v: prefill operating system (#249)

In CreateVMWizard and v2v flow, the operating system is prefilled
based on input value from the VMWare VM.

Mapping of vmware to kubevirt OS value is done via ConfigMap (single per cluster):
 - name: vmware-to-kubevirt-os
 - namespace: kube-public
