* Identifier update/review
* Added ISSN mappings
* Updated ISBN mappings
* Swept up by Rubocop (unrelated to the work of this branch)
* Updated gemfile.lock (unrelated to the work of the branch)
* trim punctuation and remove subfield c
* Sometimes ISBNs have a hyphen and we want to be able to search on that. So we need original value and the normalized value.
