Send Boom headers to response (#35)

* Update error.js

For some errors (401 Unauthorized for example), Boom creates a header object (containing 'WWW-Authenticate', for example), but paperplane doesn't add it to the response. This fixes the issue.

* Added tests for boom error headers

* Fixed extraneous space
