Nice transpiled output + tests (#190)

* Allow custom identifiers to be specified

* Refactor wrappers to use nice identifiers in transpiled code

* Add tests to check transpiled output

* Fixed issue where identifiers parameters and declarations were not identified

* Add transpiled output as a property in tests

* Remove now-obsolete tests

* Clarify variable name, checking if interpreter finished

* Use incrementing digits instead to uniquefy variables

* Remove obsolete random generator file

* Show transpiled code when possible, not only when interpreted without error

* Hide globals

* Update snapshots for verbose errors
