organize core and non-core deps

We should probably reduce our non-core deps, perhaps by relying more
heavily on things inside Mojolicious, but perhaps by simply writing them
ourselves.

For example, File::Copy::Recursive is a few lines, given we already rely
on Path::Tiny.

List::MoreUtils could be replaced by Mojo::Collection.

What we use Types::Path::Tiny for could be added to ourselves.
