More GCGV infrastructure

Added more tools for building the JS GUI:

 - Migrate demo StartPage to use the Action.js model
 - Added a logging class
 - Added a new selection tool-kit which checks css selectors return what
   is expected. This has a fast release mode and debug mode which
   generates extensive logging.
