Commit Message

Turn iox.ErrorLoggingCloser into warnonfailure.Close.

As discussed at https://github.com/m-lab/ndt-server/pull/62, this will
be a significant improvement in terms of readability. As a plus, it
also provides a way to add a grep-able (?) string around the error, which
will make it possible to find instances of unhandled errors in our logs.
