feat: allow using options object in EntityManager.find()

EM and EntityRepository now supports providing options in object:

```
const books = await booksRepository.find({ author: '...' }, {
  populate: ['author'],
  limit: 1,
  offset: 2,
  sort: { title: QueryOrder.DESC },
});
```
