Commit Message

Add test/check-no-seek.sh to check seek failures are handled.

exif currently doesn't handle reading from a FIFO because it needs to
know the size of the file, but it should detect this and exit cleanly.
This limitation doesn't need to exist and ought eventually to be fixed.
