* Experiment with javadoc links but SSL handhshake fails in maven plugin
* Further experimentation with javadoc.io links and online references
* Experiments..
* Add offline links for our own packages to online documentation
* Add various external javadoc links for dependencies
* Test with latest UML doclet snapshot!
* Generate (and hopefully publish) aggregate javadoc jar
* Centralize javadoc configuration back into root
* Test UMLDoclet 2.0.2 release for javadoc creation
* Minor xml pom formatting
