Commit Message

Add travel time and raypath caching

Speed up repeated calls to TauPy by caching previously-
computed raypaths and travel times.

- Add TauPy.clear_cache!() to clear the cache
- Add TauPy.set_cache_size_mb!() to set the cache size
- Add cache keyword argument to travel_time() and path() functions
  to disable caching per-call
