diagrams: restore original LogicComponentSequenceDiagram.pptx

The corresponding source pptx file for SDForDeletePerson.png is
HighLevelSequenceDiagrams.pptx.

However, when SDForDeletePerson.png was updated in 89ec0382 (Address
book storage: migrate away from EventsCenter, 2018-12-09), the modified
pptx file was written to LogicComponentSequenceDiagram.pptx instead of
HighLevelSequenceDiagrams.pptx, overwriting
LogicComponentSequenceDiagram.pptx's original content. This causes two
problems:

 1. The contents of HighLevelSequenceDiagrams.pptx do not match
    SDForDeletePerson.png any more.

 2. As LogicComponentSequenceDiagram.pptx is the source pptx file for
    DeletePersonSdForLogic.png. This means that students who wish to
    modify DeletePersonSdForLogic.png do not have the source pptx
    any more.

Fix these issues by first renaming LogicComponentSequenceDiagram.pptx to
HighLevelSequenceDiagrams.pptx (fixing issue 1), and then restoring
LogicComponentSequenceDiagram.pptx back to its original content[1]
(fixing issue 2).

[1]: Original content taken from cbc65717 (Update DeveloperGuide,
     2017-07-07), which is the last time
     LogicComponentSequenceDiagram.pptx was modified before this issue.
