Faster linear fitting for VFA_T1 (#314)

* Change 'l' because it can look like a '1'

* Fix: 'dataSize' was not defined when roi and b1Map are inputs

* VFA: Replace 'polyfit()' with hand-written simple linear least squares

* Use empty input maps if they are not specified

* Generalize travis yaml. Spread scripts across multiple lines. Don't use aws in forks.

* Cleanup and typo fixes

* Re-order fit result fields for VFA_T1

* Fix: Arbitrary T1 was incorrectly assigned to slope

* Fix: Coveralls report step was not showing up

* Set failed VFA fits to NaN

* Re-set voxelwise flag to 1

* Refactor default function parameter handling

* Revert back to voxelwise=0

* Refactor logical conversion using MATLABs built-in function

* Reverted change in fitting voxel display for command line or Octave calls

* Change CLI message when fitting starts
