lowell80Massive docs typo cleanup Besides fixing a hundred typos, the following changes were made: - Add new script to make the docs and launch a live copy in your browser. - Add a lift-n-shift example to filter. - Add a "contact us" page with some basic contact info. (Mostly pulled in from the main README) - Add ksconf merge example to docs (moved in from CLI help) - Add all-in-one TA indexing tier example - Add notes on how to un-minimize a configuration using merge.
