[#21] `build.gradle`: update project details to fix GitHub pages (#22)

The Gradle configuration file does not include our project URL, and also
causes GitHub pages to treat our project as a SE-EDU project, which 
renders

Let's update `build.gradle` by
* updating our project name
* updating our project GitHub pages URL
* removing the `site-seedu` attribute 

This fixes and closes #21.
