Merge branch 'rexut-devel/mr-next'

major upgrade to many issues:

    - add support for Sphinx 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, and 1.8
    - remove support for Sphinx 1.2
    - add support for Python 3.7
    - support only Python 3 > 3.3
    - remove support for old Python 2.x
    - respect deprecated pip argument
    - upgrade documentation to support latest Ubuntu LTS
      development environment
    - upgrade dependencies to many 3rd party packages
    - solve all new flake 8 rule violation
    - remove support for embed.ly
    - robust backport test for Sphinx >1.4
    - stabilize tests for Sphinx >1.5

... next close all related issues and extend the documentation in:
CHANGES and TODO.
