minor: fixed python2.7 unit tests

aiohttp's test files we're still loading during pytest execution. skipif doesn't
prevent loading of aiohttp conftest.py files, resulting in SyntaxErrors being raised
during collection.

Using pytest_ignore_collect and moving import of aiohttp files to inline imports
solves the issue.
