Refactor unit of work to always run queries when committing

- wrap primary keys in payload with Identifier class
- introduce IEntity.uuid so we have unique identifier for each entity even if we do not have PK
- always run queries inside transaction (when supported by given driver)
- postpone inserts of new entities to commit
- make UoW persist API sync (only commit is async now as only commit writes to database)
