Native MVP (#174)

* get mvp for native working

* ensure proper tail calls, block evals, block accessing of all globals (hopefully)

* added some tests

* removed obsolete tests

* commit snapshots for native

*  removed accidentally comitted items

* fixed bug where variable declaration on the last line would cause it to not get stored.

* make getting unique identifiers more robust

* overhauled proper tail calls

* moved out nativeTest into utils/testing

* refactored tests, fixed bug where params were transformed twice

* update snapshots

* store each context individually
