feat(Tabs): TabChild supports refs and needs hidden

Tabs can't access refs sent to Tab, so you need to use hidden to control whether TabChildren are
initially displayed. Clicking Tabs will change TabChildren via refs if refs are passed in.
Otherwise, ids are used.
