* Added simple retry mechanism to S3S3Copier

* Extract retry logic in to new class which enhances TransferManager using Spring retry

* Fixed logging and minor changes

* Minor name change

* Refactored retry implementation to use restTemplate to make the number of copy attempts configurable

* Added to changelog and readme, minor refactor to RetryableTransferManagerTest, default copy attempts increased from 1 to 3
