Refactor UML package (#140)

Refactor the `uml` package to make it easier to populate / manipulate an uml diagram.

This resolves #139

* Refactor UML package: rename UMLPart to UMLNode
* Try to move rendering BACK to diagram and out of uml root
* Refactor Diagram towards single UML diagram with multiple formats
* Create single diagram instance per class/package
* Further Diagram refactoring
