3x speedup!

Turns out Ruby loads a bunch of things that are not important in the
non-dev punch use-case [0].

Disabling RubyGems among other things makes punch pretty snappy.

Without --disable-all:

    $ hyperfine --warmup 3 --min-runs 100 'punch'
    Benchmark #1: punch
      Time (mean ± σ):     102.0 ms ±   3.6 ms    [User: 82.1 ms, System: 16.8 ms]
      Range (min … max):    98.1 ms … 125.0 ms    100 runs

With --disable-all:

    $ hyperfine --warmup 3 --min-runs 100 'punch'
    Benchmark #1: punch
      Time (mean ± σ):      31.9 ms ±   1.5 ms    [User: 21.4 ms, System: 8.0 ms]
      Range (min … max):    29.8 ms …  36.4 ms    100 runs
