Implements plot directive for ConfusionMatrix, PrecisionRecall, Decisionviz (#747)

This PR implements the plot directive for several visualizers in our documentation; the ConfusionMatrix, PrecisionRecallCurve, and Decision Boundaries. It also performs some miscellaneous cleanup of the code in the docs for readability, and demonstrates the newly corrected class labels for pr curves.
