Fix jsonSerializable implementation in tokens

* dataAttribs was being serialized as [] which is different from
  how the JS code serializes them (as {}).

  Same for dataAttribs.tmp / $dataAttribs['tmp'].

  This also caused test failures when parser tests were run in the
  JS-PHP hybrid pipeline since tokens generated by PHP transformers
  had invalid data-parsoid attribute which wouldn't then get updated.
