Tracing overlay: stop event propagation on clicked edge

Without stopping the propagation of the click event, the handler seems
to be called multiple times in some cases. When splitting an edge (Ctrl
+ Shift + Click), this would lead to multiple split dialogs being shown,
possibly for different edges that would have received that event as well.
