feat: Implement user can rate an article (#29)

- write unit and integration tests for rating an article
- allow user to rate an article
- restrict author from rating their own article
- allow average rating of an article to be displayed when an article is retrieved
- fix migrations
- restrict rating articles with scores within a range of 1 to 5
- move create articles from base class
- modify tests to include when author rates article with a score outside range
- include status on response messages and error messages
- add endpoints allowing a user to like and dislike articles
- add endpoints allowing a user to get the like and dislike status
- add tests for this functionality
- move common utility functions in articles app to base class
