Add Cheat Sheet to the docs

- Add a list of common example commands in the form of a cheatsheet or mini
  tutorial.  I think this will help users get a better feel for some uses of
  the tool more quickly.  Needs more work, but there's enough good stuff it's
  worth publishing as-is.
- Add section on "pre-commit" hooks (borrowed from a talk I gave last year)
- Expanded notes and uses cases in the command docs to support these additions.
- Fixed link on the splunk app markdown page to align with updated docs.
